    Best Pub in Seattle.  Full of character and characters. Bartenders will look after you, so look after them.

    Play pool, sing karaoke, listen to the great music selection by the DJ or by the bar staff, watch sports, drink great drinks, what more do you want or need?

    Not for the faint hearted so come for fun and antics...

    Five stars because it's a local joint and I've had fun here many times. HOWEVER, karaoke night is a night for the guy who runs karaoke to massage his own ego. I've played many live shows in Seattle, sang on stages without the aid of karaoke. And they took my request for Saturday by Elton John (on a Saturday night) and made me sing Back in Black by AC/DC simply bevause they thought I was new there. I've heard them cut people off before many times too. Karaoke should be a fun, comfortable place for everyone no matter your level of experience. Red onion karaoke is the epitome of classist, judging ass people in Seattle taking any chance they can to flex and feel "better" than you. Never go to karaoke here, literally any other karaoke would be more fun for you and your friends.

    Chill atmosphere, and really friendly staff. We got lots of good recommendations for things to do in Seattle from the bar tender and other patrons. Plus there's pool! We had an excellent time.

    Best bar in Madison. Great atmosphere, great service and cool people. Theres some great pool tables and karaoke as well as strong drinks.

    Free pool , great karaoke, dive bar at its finest. Linda and Benny are superstars!!

    I come here regularly its two minute walk from the apartment so if you are trying to get rowdy on a Friday/Saturday night or just want to shoot a couple games of pool with your friends on a weeknight go to the Onion.

    A true staple of Madison Park.
